Job Summary

Build, repair, and test semiconductor/display manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment. Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repairs; audit parts for availability and defects; and use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps. Document work, enter progress and labor details via computer terminal, and follow strict safety and health procedures while improving processes through hands-on diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components using work orders and diagrams.
•Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
•Maintain a secure, safe, clean work environment by following safety and security policies and reporting accidents and hazards.
•Test assemblies and components using test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps; enter work progress and labor details.
•Inspect parts for defects, audit parts availability, document finished work, and troubleshoot to improve processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 27.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Use routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts/wire lists to build, repair, and/or test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies.
•Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs while identifying and correcting errors.
•Follow all safety standards and complete required health and safety training, including using protective equipment properly.
•Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and/or vacuum pumps to test assemblies and components.
•Inspect parts for defects, perform audits for part availability, and document work accurately.
