Key Responsibilities

•Complete and validate pre-live preparations with MCN partners, including live checklists, run-throughs, asset submission, technical setup, and stakeholder alignment.
•Monitor live sessions in real time to identify optimization opportunities, resolve operational issues, and coordinate smooth execution.
•Curate and recommend at least 6 creator profiles/showcases per week based on campaign objectives, category fit, audience profile, and historical performance.
•Consolidate live session updates and prepare post-mortem reports with key performance insights, learnings, and action plans.
•Coordinate live support setup and operational requirements (ads, vouchers, subsidies, OBS access, whitelisting, and tracking support tickets).

Key Requirements

•Strong interest in creator economy, influencer marketing, e-commerce, and live commerce.
•Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Excellent communication and coordination skills working with creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
•Proficient in Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and comfortable in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field.
