Key Responsibilities

  • •Walk through and remain present in the assigned section throughout the shift, ensuring administrative tasks happen during admin shifts.
  • •Stay available on radio and assume other AHM responsibilities when needed, until promptly returning.
  • •Coach associates in the moment, assess performance to drive guest experience, and document/communicate training needs.
  • •Run daily venue operations including opening/closing, walkthroughs, shift notes, and setting associates on opening tasks/checklists.
  • •Interact with guests, perform table touches to assess experience, respond to and resolve guest issues, and monitor guest and team safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Hotel school graduate/diploma or similar education.
  • •Five years in food and beverage service with two years or more in a similar managerial position.
  • •Leadership, teamwork, and decision-making/problem-solving to drive guest experience.
  • •Trainer and empowerment-focused coaching skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English and ability to work varied shifts and in extreme weather conditions.
