Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the delivery model strategy that decides in-house vs SI partner implementations, including criteria and ongoing refinement.
  • •Build capacity and routing models mapping implementation demand to delivery capacity to ground decisions in reality.
  • •Create implementation health reporting and time-to-value benchmarks to surface delays early and enable leadership intervention.
  • •Define and document implementation operations: delivery playbook, milestones, escalation triggers, and end-to-end quality benchmarks.
  • •Design operational handoffs across teams and track partner delivery quality against the same delivery bar.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in RevOps, strategy consulting, business operations, or a similarly analytical cross-functional role building models/frameworks from scratch.
  • •Strong hands-on data skills: pull from multiple sources, structure models with defensible assumptions, and own reporting infrastructure.
  • •Systems-minded and process-oriented: comfortable owning tooling decisions, building reporting infrastructure, and designing scalable frameworks.
  • •Comfort using AI tools day-to-day to automate workflows and accelerate analysis and reporting infrastructure.
  • •Demonstrated experience building process/structure where it didn’t fully exist, and influencing across functions without formal authority.
