Job Summary

Support P&WC aftermarket engine operations within the MRO engineering organization by performing real-time damage assessments, troubleshooting complex engine assembly/disassembly/testing issues, and driving root-cause analysis. Review and validate overhaul/manual instructions, evaluate deviations and special work scopes, and provide technical support to P&WC owned shops and the DOF/TSA network. You’ll also guide shop personnel and perform product audits to ensure MRO processes meet P&WC requirements. On-site in Saint-Hubert, Monday–Friday.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze technical issues across engine assembly, disassembly, and testing to determine root cause and recommend corrective actions.
•Evaluate engine deviations and special work scope needs that exceed approved limits and provide disposition.
•Provide technical support for questions from P&WC owned shops and the DOF/TSA network.
•Review and validate disassembly and assembly instructions contained in overhaul manuals.
•Provide on-site support by guiding/training shop personnel and performing product audits across the DOF/TSA network to confirm compliance with P&WC requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering (or equivalent experience).
•10 years of experience in aerospace, aftermarket service, engineering, operations, or related domain.
•Experience with maintenance, repair and overhaul documentation and processes.
•Strong technical knowledge of P&WC engine families and hands-on experience with P&WC engine assembly/disassembly.
•Very good English proficiency for daily reading/comprehension and for writing/communication with international customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
