Greet customers in the lobby, demonstrate mobile app and ATM use, and provide personalized financial guidance to help customers meet goals. Work with branch team to educate on Citizens products, handle transactions per policy, and connect customers to bankers for next steps, supporting community-focused banking in a high-volume environment.
