Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evolve title data models, entity relationships, cardinality rules, attributes, and taxonomies.
  • •Translate business drivers across the title lifecycle and content formats into actions that improve title data management.
  • •Assess and communicate the impact of adjacent-system changes on title data, and lead the team’s response.
  • •Define what “title” means for new/evolving content formats and convert it into operational rules and handoff specs.
  • •Set lifecycle goals and success metrics; document changes and contribute to automation/agentic workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in entertainment products and databases, television/film production, video games, advertising, or data management.
  • •Experience working across multiple product and engineering teams, building trust and alignment without direct authority, including owning async communications and meeting follow-ups.
  • •Strong analytical skills to synthesize ambiguous, cross-system problems into clear frameworks and solutions.
  • •Ability to operate independently: research, scope, clarify, and define workflows/approaches for complex data problems.
  • •Knowledge of data lifecycle and data governance concepts, plus experience creating roadmaps with cross-team dependencies.
