Provide a welcoming, styling-focused customer experience by greeting guests, understanding needs, and advising on complete looks and add-ons. Drive sales through storytelling and strong product knowledge across Kate Spade categories, while maintaining operational excellence with stockroom organization and POS transactions. Work collaboratively, give and receive feedback, and support an engaging, seamless checkout experience. Maintain schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days.
