Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, revise, and negotiate commercial contracts for the EMEA region, including customer paper agreements.
  • •Act as a designated legal contact for the EMEA commercial legal team and enterprise sales team, including education and enablement on agreement changes.
  • •Provide strategic guidance and oversight on contracting, contracting process improvement, and contracting lifecycle initiatives.
  • •Maintain and update commercial legal team playbooks, template documents, and help operationalize templates in the contract management and automation tool.
  • •Support product and contracting alignment by assessing how product updates may impact existing or new customer agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •Approximately 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating customer agreements for global and domestic organizations.
  • •Experience negotiating commercial contracts at high-growth technology companies, including sales agreements, SaaS and enterprise B2B transactions, and data processing agreements with GDPR/data protection compliance.
  • •Qualified solicitor/lawyer (or equivalent) admitted to practice in Ireland, England & Wales, or another European jurisdiction.
  • •Process-oriented approach to building and optimizing contracting processes in partnership with legal operations.
  • •Professional fluency in both English and French, including independent review, drafting, and negotiation of agreements in both languages.
