Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee project costs, schedules, and budgets to ensure financial discipline across the project lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, and directly contracted consultants with transparent communication.
  • •Analyse and manage critical milestone activities and dependencies to prevent schedule slippage.
  • •Oversee MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning to meet technical specifications, building regulations, and Health & Safety standards.
  • •Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and BIM data; identify, assess, and mitigate risks; mentor project team members.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years managing MEP or building services projects.
  • •Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation with financial discipline and value for money.
  • •Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building services, and construction methodologies.
  • •Demonstrated contract management and vendor/consultant coordination experience.
  • •Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office; exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
