Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce quality drawing documentation for MEPF services, including QA and managing assigned team.
  • •Develop BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and PH services using Revit MEP, aligning drawing strategy, numbering, and production methods.
  • •Prepare design drawings in AutoCAD for MEP services based on work priorities.
  • •Create plant room layouts, sections, details, and coordinated services drawings; develop general arrangement drawings from sketches and team inputs.
  • •Follow WSP CAD/BIM standards and QA/document control/archiving/CDM guidelines, coordinating with project team members and meeting drawing priorities/deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering) or equivalent.
  • •Working towards engineering registration within jurisdiction.
  • •Typically 4–8 years’ experience (or typically 8 years’ experience mentioned).
  • •Ability to develop 3D Revit skills and prepare 2D Revit documentation using company standards/BIM protocols.
  • •Ability to apply company standards, BIM protocol/process and prepare design/tender documentation with strong written and oral communication.
