Own end-to-end retail recruitment for stores in the assigned areas by driving hiring briefings through job postings, sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, and decision alignment. Partner closely with Retail HRBP and business teams, develop attraction plans using advertising channels, maintain active/passive candidate pipelines, and manage interviews and candidate check-ins. Use recruitment systems for accurate documentation and reporting while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve hiring outcomes.
