Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Procurement and cross-functional leadership to support external reporting, management reporting, cost savings, internal controls, working capital objectives, and risk management.
  • •Lead identification and implementation of best practices, benchmarks, and process improvements to enhance efficiency through automation and simplification.
  • •Oversee strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing management of Procurement Finance systems and tools.
  • •Develop and govern processes for pricing records, contracts, supplier source lists, and pricing/cost models; manage procurement master data across ERP and forecasting tools.
  • •Serve as finance lead for Integrated Margin Management processes; build spend/pricing/market insights via Power BI dashboards and lead/develop the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods.
  • •Experience in Procurement Finance, Procurement, Risk Management, or Commodity Markets.
  • •Experience leading automation initiatives, systems implementations, and program development.
  • •Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and experience with month-end and quarter-end close processes.
