Job Summary

Lead strategy, design, and continuous improvement for Procurement Finance Center of Excellence systems, processes, and data governance. Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain Finance, Finance, and IT to automate and simplify reporting, strengthen data integrity and internal controls, and deliver scalable solutions. Oversee procurement master data governance, pricing and cost model processes, and Integrated Margin Management enablement. Build spend, pricing, and market insights using Power BI dashboards while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Procurement and cross-functional leadership to support external reporting, management reporting, cost savings, internal controls, working capital objectives, and risk management.
•Lead identification and implementation of best practices, benchmarks, and process improvements to enhance efficiency through automation and simplification.
•Oversee strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing management of Procurement Finance systems and tools.
•Develop and govern processes for pricing records, contracts, supplier source lists, and pricing/cost models; manage procurement master data across ERP and forecasting tools.
•Serve as finance lead for Integrated Margin Management processes; build spend/pricing/market insights via Power BI dashboards and lead/develop the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
•10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods.
•Experience in Procurement Finance, Procurement, Risk Management, or Commodity Markets.
•Experience leading automation initiatives, systems implementations, and program development.
•Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and experience with month-end and quarter-end close processes.
