Key Responsibilities

•Support Record-to-Report processes and FSCM components in SAP ECC, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center/Profit Center/Bank Accounting, and credit/collections/dispute management.
•Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support, analyzing and resolving incidents within SLA and performing root cause analysis for recurring issues.
•Perform configuration changes, reconciliation, and month-end support; deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
•Handle service requests and standard changes, including deployment activities and transport management.
•Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams; prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles; participate in on-call support during business-critical periods, working shifts for multiple regional support.

Key Requirements

•Support SAP ECC FICO and FSCM Record-to-Report processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset, Cost Center, Profit Center, Bank Accounting, and FSCM (Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management).
•Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot incidents within SLA.
•Perform configuration changes, reconciliation, month-end support, and deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
•Handle service requests and standard changes, including transport management and deployment activities.
•Work with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes and use ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
