Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with private clients and help them achieve financial wellness through a plan-based approach. Identify opportunities during conversations, recommend and refer investment and insurance solutions, and meet individual sales/activity goals. Develop a referral pipeline using internal/external centers of influence, manage compliance and documentation, support branch operations, and collaborate with branch and line-of-business partners in Bellbrook.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver client recommendations for financial wellness by assessing needs, gathering and documenting client data, and referring investment and insurance products.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide effective, customized recommendations to clients.
•Build a client referral pipeline by prospecting and developing internal/external centers of influence, documenting calling efforts, and consistently meeting goals.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and relevant competitive offerings to support meaningful discussions.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Ability to build rapport quickly and ask fact-finding questions to be helpful.
•Demonstrated experience influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence, including Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office, including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web browsing).
