Key Responsibilities

  • •Own problems from discovery through adoption by partnering with internal users, building and launching solutions across the stack, and measuring impact.
  • •Build and improve internal tools by refining existing agents and creating new ones, including instructions, tools, guardrails, evaluations, and human handoffs.
  • •Make work maintainable by documenting decisions, setup, risks, and operating steps, and raising production, security, privacy, compliance, and architecture risks early.
  • •Help Claspmates build with AI by running programs (AI Champs, Lattes with AI Labs, Lunch & Learns) and pairing with colleagues to ship products.
  • •Stay current by exploring new models, products, and agent patterns and testing what’s genuinely useful.

Key Requirements

  • •Have shipped at least one tool/product/project beyond your own machine.
  • •Use AI models and development tools practically, explaining where they help or fail and how you evaluate quality in a real workflow.
  • •Can reason across interfaces, backend logic, APIs/integrations, data flows, testing, and deployment, owning a bounded feature end to end.
  • •Demonstrate product judgment by clarifying what the product should enable, choosing the smallest useful version, and measuring whether it worked.
