Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 4–8 week onboarding/education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, leading to Retail Personal Banker I certification.
•Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Recommend retail consumer and small business solutions using Fifth Third’s value proposition and maintain product/service knowledge.
•Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Process teller transactions and serve as platform staff member while referring customers to assigned business partners as appropriate.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS (including MU4R questions/registration).
