Key Responsibilities

  • •Own strategy and execution for the X10 Dock ecosystem across hardware and software delivery.
  • •Engage customers, prospects, and stakeholders using discovery, ride-alongs, and analytics to define solutions starting with X10 Dock.
  • •Develop and maintain product requirement documents and roadmaps for current and future dock products, with a focus on reliability and future-proof planning.
  • •Partner with design and engineering leaders (hardware, firmware, computer vision, AI/ML) to deliver product vision and requirements.
  • •Collaborate with sales and customer success for customer enablement, and with product marketing for launch plans, positioning, and messaging.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years defining and delivering hardware products with end-to-end ownership of strategy, execution, and GTM across hardware and software experiences.
  • •Strong customer instinct: speak with and learn from customers to understand core problems and shape product direction.
  • •Experience with system scaling, reliability, and data analysis, with an in-the-weeds approach.
  • •Track record shipping robust hardware products for commercial, public safety, or defense markets (or clear interest in serving those markets).
  • •Technical depth to participate in discussions on complex engineering architecture, plus a background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science.
