Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and deliver opportunities to enhance money movement solutions, reducing cost, friction, and time to value.
  • •Lead internal discovery to validate problems, shape priorities, and inform innovation strategy.
  • •Translate opportunities into product initiatives, epics, and features with business cases, market insights, and regional alignment.
  • •Own the product lifecycle from discovery and experimentation through delivery, launch, and continuous optimization.
  • •Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions and track success metrics post-launch.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in Product Management within payments, fintech, or digital financial services.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field (MS or MBA is a plus).
  • •Strong understanding of the money movement ecosystem (P2P, P2B, B2B, B2P); Visa Direct experience is a plus.
  • •Proven ability to combine data and judgment to make decisions, resolve trade-offs, and measure outcomes.
  • •Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
