Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead People & Organization initiatives and communications to reinforce organizational culture, employee engagement, and change management, including diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • •Own full-cycle recruiting for Miami-based roles, including workforce planning, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
  • •Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching for a People & Organization Analyst, including prioritization, feedback, and professional development.
  • •Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, coach leaders on performance management and conflict resolution, and partner with Legal on sensitive employment issues.
  • •Lead regional People & Organization projects, including HR technology implementations, annual compensation planning, organizational change initiatives, and UAT for new systems/processes.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of progressive, hands-on Human Resources experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
  • •3+ years of experience leading people, projects, and/or external vendor relationships.
  • •Bachelor’s degree; preferred Human Resources/Organizational Development or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience leading HR projects and change initiatives, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • •Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
