Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor and people strategy partner for Miami-based business leaders, covering the full employee lifecycle from talent acquisition and onboarding through performance management, employee relations, compensation/benefits, coaching, and workforce planning. Lead people initiatives and communications, support diversity and inclusion, and oversee regional projects with global People & Organization Centers of Excellence. Use people analytics to drive organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead People & Organization initiatives and communications to reinforce organizational culture, employee engagement, and change management, including diversity and inclusion efforts.
•Own full-cycle recruiting for Miami-based roles, including workforce planning, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
•Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching for a People & Organization Analyst, including prioritization, feedback, and professional development.
•Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, coach leaders on performance management and conflict resolution, and partner with Legal on sensitive employment issues.
•Lead regional People & Organization projects, including HR technology implementations, annual compensation planning, organizational change initiatives, and UAT for new systems/processes.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of progressive, hands-on Human Resources experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
•3+ years of experience leading people, projects, and/or external vendor relationships.
•Bachelor’s degree; preferred Human Resources/Organizational Development or equivalent experience.
•Experience leading HR projects and change initiatives, preferably in a multinational organization.
•Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
