Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the VP to plan and facilitate executive meetings/workshops, including agendas, discussion guidance, and follow-up on action items.
  • •Design and guide outcome-oriented strategy meetings and workshops, including organizational reviews and team-building sessions.
  • •Set priorities and define yearly goals and OKRs for GPM, tracking and reporting quarterly.
  • •Lead and manage cross-functional GPM projects/programs from conception to completion, coordinating across teams.
  • •Support planning and budgeting for GPM, manage communications, and prepare briefing materials and presentations for internal/external meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years as a strategic partner leading large programs across teams/organizations, often managing multiple projects at once.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
