Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead operations, manufacturing engineering, and test engineering for safe, high-quality, on-time assembly and testing.
  • •Develop and execute the site manufacturing and engineering strategy, including assembly processes, test methods, production infrastructure, and operational roadmaps.
  • •Manage and develop manufacturing engineering, test engineering, and production teams with technical leadership, coaching, and accountability.
  • •Establish standard work, routings, test procedures, process controls, and visual/leader standard work to drive operational excellence.
  • •Partner with Product Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management for NPI, improved manufacturability/testability, and production readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years of experience in manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations, or a combination in a production environment.
  • •Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • •Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
