Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and replacing filters

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of a recognized HVAC program (6–12 months) or a combination of program work and 1–2 years of related equivalent experience
  • •EPA Type II or Universal Certification (required)
  • •Valid (unrestricted) Drivers License
  • •Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and familiarity with blueprints and schematics
  • •Ability to follow building codes and safety standards, including OSHA Electrical and OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements
