Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the 15-week rotational Construction Project Management Graduate Training Program, including in-person learning at multiple company locations and virtual trainings/assignments.
  • •Oversee and manage full-cycle HVAC construction portfolios during hands-on job site experiences.
  • •Develop project plans, ensure stakeholder alignment, and track project process for assigned projects.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet customer and business commitments.
  • •Administer, implement, and manage projects, being accountable for assigned scope of work, schedule, and budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess a bachelor’s degree (preferred in Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, HVAC, Engineering, or equivalent) and be graduated prior to the start date.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods through relevant coursework, projects, groups, or hands-on exposure.
  • •Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Ability to travel to various in-person destinations throughout the 15-week training program.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or preventable collisions) within the previous 3 years.
