•Complete the 15-week rotational Construction Project Management Graduate Training Program, including in-person learning at multiple company locations and virtual trainings/assignments.
•Oversee and manage full-cycle HVAC construction portfolios during hands-on job site experiences.
•Develop project plans, ensure stakeholder alignment, and track project process for assigned projects.
•Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet customer and business commitments.
•Administer, implement, and manage projects, being accountable for assigned scope of work, schedule, and budget.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 78,750 annually

Key Requirements

•Possess a bachelor’s degree (preferred in Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, HVAC, Engineering, or equivalent) and be graduated prior to the start date.
•Demonstrated knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods through relevant coursework, projects, groups, or hands-on exposure.
•Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
•Ability to travel to various in-person destinations throughout the 15-week training program.
•Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or preventable collisions) within the previous 3 years.
