Key Responsibilities

  • •Acknowledge receipt of purchase orders promptly and ensure a smooth order process.
  • •Accurately enter orders into Emerson systems, reviewing purchase orders for requirements and verifying pricing including adders and specials.
  • •Flag potential issues with purchase orders before entry and resolve them to maintain order integrity.
  • •Identify requested ship dates that align with the established matrix and other system data.
  • •Handle pre-booking change order and cancellation requests and update open order reports as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • •Preferred 1+ years of experience in the flow control industry with knowledge of valve and actuation applications, or related experience in fluid mechanics and electro-mechanical equipment.
  • •Experience with Oracle is strongly preferred.
  • •Strong attention to detail to identify errors and ensure accuracy and quality.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills with tact and good judgment when interacting with colleagues and customers.
