Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Product Managers and finance stakeholders to implement the product roadmap for Zip, Navan, NetSuite, and other financial applications.
  • •Analyze current business processes, perform fit/gap analysis, and translate requirements into technical solutions and engineering artifacts.
  • •Design and build scalable solutions, including customizations, workflows, integrations, and analytics/reporting in Zip and related applications.
  • •Develop test plans and lead integration and user acceptance testing with cross-functional teams; perform platform administration, maintenance, and support.
  • •Troubleshoot production issues and support process transformation initiatives for improvements such as month-end closure and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of systems administration experience with Source to Pay systems like Zip, Coupa, and NetSuite, plus finance applications such as Navan, Brex, or Oracle.
  • •4+ years configuring Zip modules including vendor management, sourcing intake, procurement, payables/payment, taxes, customizations, workflows, AI agents, and reporting.
  • •3+ years implementing sourcing/procurement systems and integrations via middleware such as Zip AppStudio/Workato/MuleSoft/Boomi.
  • •1+ years building and deploying AI agents, such as workflow-based agents or slackbots using n8n and Workato Genie.
  • •Strong knowledge of enterprise integration principles (REST/SOAP APIs, file-based, event-driven architectures) and finance processes like sourcing, procurement, payables, vendor management, expenses, and general accounting.
