Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect repairs and primed panels to ensure complete body repairs and primer application per SOP.
  • •Review any incomplete, missed damage, or improper repairs with management before proceeding.
  • •Mask/protect adjacent (non-refinish) panels from scratches or damage prior to final sanding.
  • •Prepare repaired and primed panels, including blend panels, for final finish application using abrasives and power/hand tools.
  • •Clean and remove dust/particles from panels before moving vehicles to the next step, following all safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • •Preferred 1 year of body shop and/or prepping experience.
