Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Chemistry engineering experience in a development or manufacturing environment, especially related to plating processes and chemical analysis.
  • •Preferred experience in semiconductor processing or manufacturing and/or advanced packaging processing.
  • •Experience with chemical analysis tools and metrology equipment, including AOI, AOS, CSAM, and 3D x-ray CT.
  • •Ability to independently drive projects and deliver a product while using process control and statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
