Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage direct material spend, including supplier allocation and sourcing strategies to improve cost efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • •Lead strategic sourcing and complex negotiations through end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, including SLAs and contractual guarantees.
  • •Identify, deliver, and drive structural cost-saving initiatives by aligning procurement strategies with business objectives.
  • •Manage supplier relationship management via audits, performance evaluations (KPI tracking), and continuous supplier improvement programs.
  • •Ensure procurement policy and governance compliance across vendor contracts, contract reviews, and factory purchasing using the global procurement manual and Authority Matrix.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Material Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • •5–10 years of procurement experience.
