Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the single point of customer accountability for orchestration of Signature Success deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion for Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications.
  • •Cultivate relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers.
  • •Coordinate Signature Success catalog services and provide timely, proactive Salesforce feature guidance aligned to customer interests.
  • •Advise customers on adoption of Salesforce annual release schedules, identifying challenges and risks to implementation.
  • •Act as an advocate for customers during triage and resolution of high-severity cases, owning expectations and communications through incident resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of work experience in Technical Customer Success, SaaS platform use/project leadership, Technology Consulting, Technology Solutions Development, Technical and/or Solutions Architecture.
  • •2+ years of demonstrated expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud product features, capabilities, optimal use cases, and strategic deployment.
  • •Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including influencing at executive/C-level.
  • •Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms, mapping business requirements to technical features.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional efforts to facilitate resolution or disposition of customer needs or projects, with availability for a flexible 3 days in-office.
