Key Responsibilities

  • •Own monthly close deliverables for global compensation and benefits accounting, including manual/tool-based journal entries, reconciliations, controls, and GL variance analysis.
  • •Prepare and maintain SOX documentation (including Electronic Audit Evidence/EAE) and support internal/external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
  • •Perform monthly and quarterly balance sheet and P&L flux variance analyses for executive management reporting.
  • •Act as SME and point of contact across regional, international, and cross-functional teams to align accounting practices and resolve special requests.
  • •Lead special projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives; maintain accurate process documentation and identify streamlining opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in accounting or finance required.
  • •7+ years of hands-on General Ledger (GL) accounting and financial reporting experience.
  • •Deep expertise interpreting and applying US GAAP.
  • •Demonstrated experience executing SOX controls, including documentation and managing audit queries.
  • •Proficiency with enterprise ERP systems; Workday Financials, Blackline, and Tableau experience is highly desirable.
