Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and/or provide expertise to functional project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Perform complex financial analysis for finance or business functions and develop forecasts and financial results within a broad scope.
  • •Drive business initiatives by overseeing analysts across multiple finance sub-functions.
  • •Establish and improve policies by identifying opportunities for process improvement and actively engaging in design and implementation.
  • •Represent the business unit and organization during cross-regional or cross-functional planning and with external customers and clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
  • •Typically 7–10 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
  • •Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • •Preferred: Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting and finance topics such as financial analysis, financial modeling, internal controls, and financial statements; able to work complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation.
