Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex equipment.
  • •Work with customers to develop leading-edge semiconductor processes used in advanced chip manufacturing.
  • •Create hypothesis experiments and run design of experiments (DOE); analyze data with statistics and compile technical reports.
  • •Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues.
  • •Communicate with internal stakeholders and the customer to achieve goals with focus on trust and relationship building.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in chemistry/physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or technical support (new graduates welcomed).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in process development or equipment troubleshooting.
  • •Familiarity with Applied Materials’ platforms is a plus.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English (TOEIC 550+ required, 700+ preferred) and Mandarin (Japanese is a plus).
