Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking
  • •Lead on residential-led or mixed-use projects at the enabling stage, including aspects such as highways, utilities, enabling works, remediation, public realm, bridges, utility diversions or upgrades, and managing S106 or S278 obligations
  • •Establish effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
  • •Monitor and document project progress and other performance indicators
  • •Liaise with the client, contractors and designers; attend meetings and draft minutes
