Leads residential-led or mixed-use schemes, coordinating with clients, designers and contractors, while establishing processes, monitoring progress, and preparing reports. Requires cognate qualification in construction/real estate/planning/engineering, flexibility for travel, and collaboration across pre- and post-contract stages.
