Job Summary

Grow and support customer relationships across the Maritimes while representing Oldcastle / Permacon concrete products. Based at the Metcalfe (Ottawa) branch, you’ll promote and sell to contractors, dealers, distributors, and customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver presentations and product demonstrations. Expect regular customer visits, weekend events, sales reporting/forecasting in CRM tools, and extensive travel including overnight stays and training in Quebec and Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, dealers, distributors, and customers throughout the Maritimes.
•Promote and sell Oldcastle / Permacon products to existing and prospective clients.
•Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the region.
•Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
•Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer updates using CRM and computer-based tools.

Key Requirements

•Bilingual in English and French (required).
•Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required).
•Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred, ideally in manufacturing, construction, building materials, or a related industry.
•Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM or sales reporting tools.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
