Serve food and beverages to guests in a nightclub environment, delivering exceptional upscale dining and bottle service. Build rapport with Foundation Room members, VIPs, and corporate executives, using product knowledge to upsell drinks and menu items, take orders, and communicate requests to the bar via point-of-sale systems.
