Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and governance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, primarily Power Apps and Power Automate, integrated with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Dataverse. Provide technical and analytical guidance to define requirements and solution designs, build scalable and secure business applications and workflow automation, and troubleshoot architecture and integration challenges. Support development and deployment with strong documentation and best-practice leadership across enterprise-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical and analytical guidance to define business and technical requirements and solution designs for Power Platform projects.
•Lead Power Apps and Power Automate design and development, including evaluating and troubleshooting functional design and system architecture.
•Design and build scalable, secure, high-performing business applications, external portals, and workflow automation solutions.
•Develop application components, data models, workflows, and integrations; implement automation, approval workflows, case management, and self-service portal capabilities using Power Platform.
•Guide the development team on best practices and ensure adherence across enterprise or medium-scale Power Platform initiatives.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of IT application experience with Microsoft Power Platform, mainly Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Office 365.
•Strong technical knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate, including connectors and integrations with SharePoint Online and other Office 365 services.
•Hands-on development experience using Power Apps and Power Automate, including building business processes, approvals, case management, and self-service portals.
•Experience designing data models and business rules using SQL, including table design, relationships, calculated columns, and security role configuration.
•Ability to design secure solutions involving REST APIs, custom connectors, and authentication/authorization.
