Job Summary

•Strategically administer, configure, support, and continuously improve the ServiceNow platform, including patching, upgrades, and operational continuity.
•Gather and validate business requirements, translating them into functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and operational details.
•Develop workflow diagrams and architectural specifications for ServiceNow improvements while mitigating risks (e.g., PII exposure, database performance, integration degradation).
•Monitor KPIs and integration health to prevent disruptions, escalate issues, and propose/implement changes.
•Document operational procedures and participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation, acting as an escalation point for internal/external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of ServiceNow system administration experience.
•2+ years of ServiceNow development experience, preferably in CSM or ITSM modules, including APIs and web services.
•5+ years of experience within an IT organization in a product support or development capacity.
•Experience upgrading, cloning, and moving update sets in ServiceNow.
•Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript, and familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, CSS, XHTML, XML, and REST/SOAP web service integrations.
