Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily teller transactions, including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, night/mail deposits, cashier’s checks, and savings bond redemptions.
  • •Answer client questions in person and over the telephone, and handle special client requests such as closing accounts, ordering checks, exchanging foreign currency, and safe-deposit box procedures.
  • •Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities and direct clients to a banker based on client needs.
  • •Utilize 360View to record activities, incidents, and referrals to business partners and other lines of business, including processing consumer credit card applications.
  • •Reconcile the cash drawer and comply with bank operations and security procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and following dual-control functions.
