Job Summary

Handle daily teller transactions at the Whitefish branch, supporting both lobby and drive-up customers. Provide excellent client service by processing deposits, payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, and cashier’s checks, while recognizing cross-sell and referral opportunities. •Process daily teller transactions, including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, night/mail deposits, cashier’s checks, and savings bond redemptions.
•Answer client questions in person and over the telephone, and handle special client requests such as closing accounts, ordering checks, exchanging foreign currency, and safe-deposit box procedures.
•Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities and direct clients to a banker based on client needs.
•Utilize 360View to record activities, incidents, and referrals to business partners and other lines of business, including processing consumer credit card applications.
•Reconcile the cash drawer and comply with bank operations and security procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and following dual-control functions.
