Job Summary

Drive sales and productivity goals at the Coach store by using Coach selling skills and service training. Key Responsibilities

•Meet personal sales and productivity goals while understanding how individual productivity impacts store performance.
•Represent Coach to consumers and behave as a brand ambassador.
•Model sales behaviors from company training, including omni-channel sales and virtual selling services.
•Achieve sales goals and serve customers according to Coach Experience standards.
•Contribute as a team member, champion initiatives, and support customer data acquisition for brand marketing and clienteling communications.

Key Requirements

•Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable; a mix of education and experience is considered.
•Strong knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
•Experience with POS operations and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), plus ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team (oral and written) and manage sales floor demands, including moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays; eager to learn live stream shopping and product presentation techniques.
