Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform physical construction tasks including shoveling, sweeping, raking, lifting, pushing, and pulling of various objects.
  • •Provide mechanical assistance as part of the work assignments.
  • •Ability to perform strenuous work in varying weather conditions.
  • •Follow supervisor-assigned other duties as required.
  • •Support crew operations to help ensure daily schedules/estimates are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Partner with crew members per plan specifications and, when needed, perform tasks of other positions as instructed by the crew foreman to meet daily schedules/estimates.
  • •Be flexible with last-minute schedule changes, location changes, and shift changes; overtime is required and out-of-town/county/state work may be required (including night shift).
  • •Use various handheld tools.
  • •Maintain required attendance per the attendance policy to support normal crew efficiency.
  • •Have the physical ability to shovel and rake, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist with job completions as needed.
