Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary technical liaison between HP and contract manufacturing partners, driving accountability on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics.
  • •Analyze manufacturing data to identify yield losses, downtime, process variation, and quality issues; lead root cause analysis and define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • •Improve process capability and stability by driving continuous improvement projects to enhance OEE, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • •Provide daily engineering support for production issues and escalations; monitor KPIs such as yield, scrap, OEE, downtime, throughput, and customer quality metrics.
  • •Ensure compliance with HP manufacturing standards and quality requirements, including supporting audits and assessments and leading process validation/qualification activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •3 to 6 years of manufacturing engineering or process engineering experience.
  • •Experience working with contract manufacturers or high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing process control, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis methods (including FMEA and SPC).
  • •Digital analytics skills, including Power BI, advanced Excel, Minitab, SQL, and preferred Python, plus ability to develop manufacturing dashboards.
