Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, operate, and optimize the global network across backbone, data center, public cloud, and Edge/CDN.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (compute, storage, databases, recommendation systems) to drive network innovation and evolution.
  • •Coordinate with external vendors and ISPs for device and carrier selection, and perform testing and verification.
  • •Use network monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure network performance and reliability.
  • •Participate in the company’s global on-call rotation; travel may be required up to 15%–30%.

Key Requirements

  • •Good understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, BGP, OSPF/IS-IS, and MPLS-related technologies.
  • •Good understanding of network monitoring protocols and tools such as SNMP, Sflow/netflow, and Telemetry.
  • •Familiar with data center network architecture such as CLOS.
  • •Hands-on experience with major network devices including Cisco, Arista, Juniper, H3C, Huawei, and other mainstream vendors.
  • •Ability to communicate well in writing, self-motivated, and participate in a global on-call rotation.
