Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Village at Meridian

Drive store sales goals and deliver an elevated guest experience through genuine connection, product education, and brand mission standards. Own daily customer engagement and relationship building, while supporting store initiatives, workforce coverage, and sales floor excellence. Partner with store leadership to analyze reports and help execute action plans. Manage front/back-of-house procedures, shipment processing, replenishment, and maintain a clean, safe, welcoming store environment.
