Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop analog/mixed-signal IC circuit blocks from initial concept/specification through final verification.
  • •Contribute to the design of long-reach SerDes.
  • •Ensure conformance to customer specifications using CAD tools for circuit simulation and post-layout verification.
  • •Work across key SerDes blocks including TX/RX, serializer/deserializer, phase interpolator, and low-jitter PLL.
  • •Support high-speed design efforts using Cadence tools and lab testing, including designs targeting ≥16Gbps and ≤16nm technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience developing CMOS SerDes or high-speed I/O ICs.
  • •Thorough understanding of jitter and signal equalization techniques.
  • •Proficient design experience with SerDes circuit blocks such as driver/receiver, serializer/deserializer, phase interpolator, PLL, and clock distribution.
  • •CAD tools proficiency for circuit simulation and post-layout verification; layout entry is a plus.
  • •MS or PhD in EE.
