Key Responsibilities

  • •Read blueprints and shop orders and use calipers, squares, and tape measures to check dimensions.
  • •Operate and set up production machinery.
  • •Maintain safety, quality, and production quotas.
  • •Complete documentation associated with product movement and confirmations.
  • •Be available to work mandatory overtime as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the Highland, IL facility will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service exempt)
  • •Manufacturing or production experience (preferred)
  • •Prior experience setting up and running production machinery and operating presses/press brakes/un-coilers/cradle lines (preferred)
  • •Must be able to move, position, and/or lift parts or boxes weighing 10–50 lbs. and be available for overtime as required
