Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as technical lead for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 configurations aligned with security, compliance, and governance standards.
  • •Own operational stability and service performance, including incident, problem, and change management, with clear runbooks and SLA adherence.
  • •Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive long-term corrective actions.
  • •Partner on governance, security, and compliance (access controls, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery) and provide functional leadership for O365 engineers and managed service partners.

  • •Designed and implemented enterprise-wide data protection and governance using Microsoft Purview, including DLP policy fine-tuning.
