Job Summary

Own the engineering, service delivery, and operational health of the Microsoft 365 platform across the enterprise. Serve as the technical authority for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, ensuring stability, security, adoption, and continuous improvement. Lead incident/problem/change management, root-cause analysis, governance and compliance practices, and partner with identity/security teams on controls like access, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery. Provide functional leadership for O365 engineers and partners.

•Serve as technical lead for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
•Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 configurations aligned with security, compliance, and governance standards.
•Own operational stability and service performance, including incident, problem, and change management, with clear runbooks and SLA adherence.
•Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive long-term corrective actions.
•Partner on governance, security, and compliance (access controls, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery) and provide functional leadership for O365 engineers and managed service partners.
