Key Responsibilities

  • •Support clients to develop and understand sustainability and decarbonisation requirements.
  • •Develop, deliver, and review whole life carbon reduction strategies across relevant scoping mechanisms.
  • •Liaise with clients and designers to implement sustainability and decarbonisation strategies from early design through construction.
  • •Deliver assessment certification schemes (including BREEAM and DREAM) and sustainability appraisals.
  • •Support project management and programming, bidding/tender responses, and mentoring junior staff where suitable.

Key Requirements

  • •Good knowledge of the building design and construction process.
  • •Experience undertaking Whole Life Carbon Assessments (WLCAs) using OneClick LCA.
  • •Experience delivering assessment certification schemes (especially BREEAM and DREAM) and sustainability appraisals.
  • •Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret data and apply it to practical sustainability solutions.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly present technical information.
