Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders by asking effective questions, providing coaching, and suggesting actions based on organizational insights.
  • •Deliver global HR programs while selectively tailoring bespoke interventions to ensure a consistent employee experience.
  • •Drive manager accountability by providing behind-the-scenes support and influencing leaders to own team performance and health.
  • •Use first principles thinking and data-informed decision-making to tailor talent activities aligned to business outcomes.
  • •Develop and implement employee relations strategies, advising functional leaders and people managers on HR-related issues in line with labor standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years of progressive human resources experience in the media/tech industry with HR Business Partner experience.
  • •Strong influence and negotiation skills with senior leaders.
  • •Proven coaching, communication, and leadership skills; track record in a high-performance culture with resilience.
  • •Ability to translate business strategy into actionable talent solutions with strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • •Experience using data for decision-making, plus strong understanding of and experience with Korea labor law; fluency in English and Korean.
