Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver end-to-end project controls services for large, complex and mega projects, including establishing contract success criteria for time, cost, and performance.
  • •Implement effective project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Lead and facilitate inputs from cross-functional project controls teams in a matrix environment.
  • •Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including KPIs, to improve project performance.
  • •Manage change control processes and monitor and advise on project finances, while ensuring timely flow of project information to support delivery within time and cost targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project controls roles for the development and/or delivery of construction projects.
  • •Experience in planning & scheduling and cost management.
  • •Experience with risk management, change control information management and reporting on complex projects.
  • •Working knowledge of proprietary cost management systems.
  • •Ability to manage and mentor a team of specialists in project controls.
